A Speaking Computer Technology is being installed in all local media ( newspaper, radio and cable TV) and some of the local administrations, City Council of Veliko Turnovo and the BAFECR club. With its aid and organizational means a new level of interaction between the public, media and local authority is achieved. At the open public phone line 600 222 at BAFECR‘s office local citizens record the problems which concern them. These problems summarized and processed are directed towards the media and the local administration. The media present these problems and their solutions by the administration.
A computer system for project management monitors the incoming propositions, their solutions and realization. The results are published.
The municipal information network links the participants in the program. Each of them establishes a specialized data base of his own which can be used by the others with aid of the network.
