The Gas Prices Regulation

"A Draft on Decree of the Council of Ministers for Amending and Supplementing the Gas Prices Regulation, Adopted by Government Decree Number 131/2004

 

The Bulgarian Industrial Association adopts the following position about the proposed suggestions:

 


1. We support the objective to improve the regulation in the sphere of gas prices regulation and to attain greater visibility, objectivity and justice in setting gas prices. At the same time, the mechanisms for price setting should consider, and try to balance, all the participants’ interests with a view of maintaining their financial stability – that of the public supplier, the final providers and the one of the customers, who are part of the supplying network.........."
